Welcome to Manasvi Cabs. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1Service Agreement
Manasvi Cabs provides taxi services across Gujarat. By booking a ride with us, you enter into a service agreement where we provide transportation from your pickup to your drop-off location.
2Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown or extreme weather. Customers are requested to inform us at least 2 hours in advance for cancellations.
3Pricing and Payments
Our pricing is transparent and based on the distance, vehicle type, and service selected. Any additional charges like tolls, parking, or state taxes (for outstation) are to be paid by the customer unless specified otherwise.
4User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate pickup and drop details. Any illegal activity, misbehavior with drivers, or damage to the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the ride and may lead to legal action.
5Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% on-time service, Manasvi Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any loss of belongings left in the vehicle.
6Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
